PRP & PRF Treatment in London

PRP & PRF Treatment for Regenerative Skin Rejuvenation

PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) and PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) are regenerative treatments prepared from a small sample of your own blood. PRP facial treatments are sometimes referred to as “vampire facials.”

These treatments support the skin’s natural renewal process and may help improve the appearance of fine lines, skin texture, elasticity, and overall skin quality.

What PRP & PRF Can Do for Your Skin

PRP and PRF may be recommended for:

  • Fine lines and crepey skin

  • Tired-looking under-eyes

  • Reduced elasticity

  • Uneven or rough texture

  • Early signs of ageing

  • Thin or dull-looking skin

For concerns that also involve loss of volume or structural support, Bio-Filler offers a related autologous approach.

How PRP & PRF Treatment Works

A small blood sample is taken and processed in a centrifuge. PRP produces a liquid concentrate rich in platelets and associated signalling proteins, while PRF is prepared without added anticoagulants.

Your practitioner may recommend PRP, PRF or a combination of both, depending on the treatment area, skin condition and clinical objective.

Your PRP & PRF Treatment at Harley Street Injectables

Your appointment begins with a medical consultation to assess your skin, facial anatomy, medical history and treatment goals.

A small blood sample is taken and prepared on site. PRP or PRF is then placed into selected areas using a fine needle or cannula, with the technique and depth adapted to the treatment area.

Temporary swelling, tenderness or bruising may occur, particularly following under-eye treatment.

Before treatment, tell your practitioner about any medical conditions, blood disorders, recent illness, allergies, medicines or supplements. Certain medicines and supplements may increase bruising. Do not stop prescribed medication unless advised by the healthcare professional responsible for your care.
