MOXI & BBL™ Combination Rejuvenation
Complete Skin Renewal. Two Technologies. One Exceptional Result.
Introducing the MOXI & BBL™ Combination Rejuvenation. A next-generation skin treatment that pairs BroadBand Light (BBL™) with the gentle resurfacing power of MOXI™ laser to deliver transformative results with minimal downtime.
This dynamic duo targets multiple layers of the skin to correct sun damage, improve texture, reduce redness, and promote long-term collagen stimulation, all in a single session.
Whether you’re dealing with pigmentation, signs of premature againg, enlarged pores, or simply seeking that fresh, youthful glow, the Sciton MOXI & BBL treatment is your all-in-one solution for skin clarity, strength, and radiance.
What Is MOXI & BBL Rejuvenation?
The MOXI & BBL™ combination treatment is a layered approach that treats both the surface and deeper layers of the skin for comprehensive correction and prevention.
What MOXI Does:
MOXI is a non-ablative fractional laser that gently resurfaces the skin, treating:
Uneven tone and texture
Fine lines and crepey skin
Enlarged pores
Early signs of aging
Melasma and post-inflammatory pigmentation
MOXI stimulates collagen and elastin production by creating controlled micro thermal zones, improving the skin’s overall structure and glow.
What BBL Does:
BBL (BroadBand Light) uses intense pulsed light (IPL) to treat:
Brown spots and sun damage
Redness, rosacea, and broken capillaries
Pigmented lesions and freckles
General dullness or discoloration
It targets the dermis and epidermis with broad-spectrum light to reduce pigmentation and vascular concerns while stimulating regenerative repair.
TREATMENT TIME
60–75 mins
DISCOMFORT
mild to moderate
DOWNTIME
1–2 days of mild redness and dry texture
VISIBLE RESULTS
within 7 days
SESSIONS NEEDED
3–4 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart
MAINTENANCE
every 3–6 months
Why Combine MOXI & BBL?
While MOXI and BBL are each powerful alone, combining them in a single session offers synergistic benefits:
BBL addresses pigment and vascular concerns on the skin’s surface
MOXI targets deeper structural issues like texture, pores, and collagen loss
Minimal downtime — often just a few days of mild redness or dryness
Safe for all skin types (Fitzpatrick I–VI)
Clinically proven to stimulate skin repair and renewal at multiple depths
This makes MOXI & BBL the ultimate solution for patients looking for comprehensive rejuvenation, not just a facial refresh.
What Does the Treatment Involve?
Your session begins with a consultation and skin assessment. After cleansing and prepping your skin, your practitioner will begin with BBL to target pigmentation and vascular irregularities. Once complete, MOXI will be applied to delivered fractional laser resurfacing to the treated area.
Who Is a Candidate?
Adults in their 20s–60s experiencing pigmentation, textural changes, or early aging
Clients wanting to reverse sun damage or post-summer skin dullness
Brides or event-goers seeking glowing, airbrushed skin
Individuals with melanin-rich skin (Fitzpatrick IV–VI) looking for safe resurfacing
Clients looking for a preventative skin health protocol
What Does Recovery Look Like?
Following your MOXI & BBL treatment, your skin may feel warm, tight, and slightly rough, similar to a mild sunburn. You may experience some light flaking or bruising as pigmented cells rise to the surface and shed.
Aftercare Instructions:
Avoid sun exposure and use SPF 30+ daily
Apply gentle, hydrating skincare
Do not exfoliate or use retinoids for 5–7 days
Avoid heat, saunas, and strenuous exercise for 48 hours
Allow dry or flaky areas to slough naturally
What Results Can I Expect?
For optimal results, a series of 3-4 treatments spaced 4-6 weeks apart is recommended, followed by maintenance every 3-6 months.
While results vary by skin condition and lifestyle, most clients experience:
Clearer, more even skin tone
Reduction in redness, pigmentation, and brown spots
Tighter pores and smoother texture
More radiant, youthful-looking skin
Gradual improvement with each session
