Harley Street Injectables specialises both Mesotherapy and Bright Eyes with FILLMED’s hero product, NCTF 135HA, a potent skin rejuvenating cocktail of over 55x different vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, non-cross linked Hyaluronic Acid and amino acids combined with your own PRP. This involves the combination being injected superficially with tiny NanoSoft™ needles to the eye area with no numbing required as it has minimal discomfort. When this cocktail is injected across the skin barrier to where it can have an effect, it promotes the production of collagen and elastin, all while stimulating the skin’s metabolism and without any side effects. The NanoSoft™ is made up of 3 silicone micro-cones of 0,6mm. It is single-use and can be adapted to all syringes. It allows practitioners to perform “standard” and accurate injections into the dermis. The NanoSoft™ is around three times smaller than a normal injection needle.
It improves patient comfort, minimises the risk of bruising and makes the rest of the aesthetic protocol easier: small papules immediately form and quickly spread the product around the dermis. These papules do not last longer than 24 hours. Treating the eyelids is always a challenge: the procedure has to be effective but not too aggressive because it can be painful for the patients. With the NanoSoft™, the procedure is comfortable and the patients are reassured. Good results can be achieved on crow’s feet wrinkles and neck. These delicate areas often suffer from bruising, which could put some patients off having the injections.
Treatment Length
Each treatment lasts between 30 and 45 minutes, this includes having a small vial of your blood extracted like you would have in a blood test laboratory and centrifuged to separate your plasma from your red blood cells and then mixed with the NCTF 135HA. It is performed on an outpatient basis in our clinic rooms. The treatment sessions are recommended to be repeated three times (depending on each individual) at two-week intervals, then two more times every 6 months thereafter to see the best results. Ongoing treatment every 6 months to a yearly is recommended.
What are the risks during the treatment?
Like with other procedures using injections into or underneath the skin, local symptoms (reddening, itching) and small bruises can appear. These recede after a short time. Allergic reactions are prevented as far as possible through careful preliminary examination and consultation. A high standard of cleanliness using sterile instruments and disposable syringes minimises the risk of infections.
